The “My Dashboards” feature allows you to view analytics about your AwareEd and PhishSim campaigns, past or present. Infosec IQ includes a number of pre-built dashboards covering important metrics about learners and campaigns across your organization. Here are some of the most common terms you’ll find used relative to My Dashboards.
Term | Definition |
---|---|
Dashboard | Dashboards are collections of one or more widgets that display data about your learners or campaigns. See My Dashboards Introduction for an overview. |
Widget | Widgets provide a view into your Infosec IQ data. A widget can be a simple table, or an elaborate chart. See My Dashboards - Widget Types for more information about available widgets. |
Filter | Filters allow you to drill into your data. For example, you can focus on a specific timeframe or event type. Filters can be used at the dashboard level, or they can be applied to specific widgets to display static information. |
Sample Data | Sample data is available to populate dashboards with fake campaign and user data. This can be helpful for building dashboards before you have a lot of reporting data or for experimentation. |
Dashboard Scheduler | The dashboard scheduler allows a dashboard to be exported and sent to any email address on a scheduled day and time. The dashboards are attached to the email in the selected format and are viewable without accessing Infosec IQ. See Dashboard Scheduler for more information. |
Share Dashboards | When a dashboard is shared, other Infosec IQ users can view the dashboard inside the Infosec IQ admin portal and perform non-destructive actions such as applying filters. The owner is the only user who can apply changes and publish new versions of a shared dashboard. See Sharing Reporting Dashboards for more information. |
Phish Rate | Phish Rate is calculated as the percentage of unique learners that have interacted with a PhishSim email - by either clicking a link or replying - of all unique learners who have received an email in a campaign. Phish rate can also be calculated over time, in which case it is also based on unique learners. |
